Meet Jay and The Hughes "PARTYOF7"
Jay has been married to his wife Heather for 22 years, and together they are raising their 5 kids in Boise Idaho. Jay is a co-founder of the Idaho Elite Basketball Club, and an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at the Ambrose School. Additionally, Jay enjoys swinging at golf balls whenever the occasion presents itself... 🏌️‍♂️ ⛳️ 

Jay has enjoyed 23-years in the Mortgage, Real Estate, and Coaching Industries. After graduating in 1994 from Northwest Nazarene University, Jay joined American General Finance as a Loan Officer (tip of the cap to those who also cut their teeth at a Finance Company... you know if you know). A year later Jay moved into Mortgage Origination and was the top producer for his company five consecutive years. Jay transitioned into Wholesale Lending, and began managing multi-state territories for three different companies between 2002 to 2012. Jay and his teams set multiple production records, including closing over 1,400 loans in a single month, and over $2.8B in volume in one year. 

Jay began Executive Coaching in 2006, and was named the MLHL Rookie Coach of the Year in 2007. Jay opened his own coaching company in 2013, and works with hundreds of Loan Officers, RE Agents, Managers, and Executives every year, assisting them in reaching goals they thought might be out of reach.
